Flotech Performance Systems are looking for a hardworking and highly motivated Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support the existing organisation and assist with the day-to-day warehouse and stores management.

**SKILLS / EDUCATION**
- Driving License Required
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Organisation and time management Skills
- A good understanding of stores procedures (Goods IN/Goods OUT/Stock Control)
- Good understanding of purchasing/procurement
- ‘Make it Happen’ Mentality
- Common sense approach
- The ability to integrate into an efficient team

**RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS**
- Maintaining Focal Point data system for products and procurement ordering.
- Responsible for booking goods in and passing paperwork to office
- Responsible for 1st Signature on ALL despatches
- Scanning All Documents & Certificates and Organising Customer Documentation Packs
- Ensuring all products are well labelled and organised in correct locations
- Support project management - organise cost for shipping and logistics on project orders
- Liaise and update Commercial team, Quality team & Line Manager
- Maintaining stock levels (Floor and racking) - Stock take accountability
- Site supervision
- Maintain office communication
- Arrange for goods to be sent to storage warehouse
- Pick and pack items required to be despatched
- Pack items and produce Courier & PSP paperwork / manifest
- Responsible for ordering Warehouse consumables (Pallets, collars, staples, boxes, tape etc.)
- Ensure Daily Despatches are completed by reviewing manifest to daily board
- Complete Daily Checklist
- In charge of driving / maintaining forklift

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
