**Procurement Administrator**

**Role Summary**
This role would support the procurement team to deliver key activities for our clients;
- Completing supplier due diligence for clients i.e. credit checking, companies house, insurance
- Supporting Procurement Specialists with contract management activities i.e. renewal dates
- Supporting clients to follow procurement and contract management processes
- Contacting suppliers when required to follow up with questions
- Sending out Risk Assessments via our in-house portal
- Obtaining quotes for our charity clients
- Formatting reports and formatting spreadsheets
- Helping to manage our time-tracking tool to support capacity planning
- Managing client reporting tool
- Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the procurement team

- Supporting Buying Activities for Charities
- Managing planner boards for the procurement team

**Key Working Relationships**
- Internal: Reporting to a Procurement Specialist
- External: Suppliers, Clients

**Training and Support**
- Full training provided by Procurement Specialists
- Career path towards Procurement Officer within 12 months
- Support towards CIPS qualification

**Skills required**
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Buying experience desirable
- Public Sector knowledge/experience desirable
- Experience of SharePoint desirable
