**Who we are looking for**:
A Junior IT Asset Coordinator who will oversee the tracking of equipment provided to our users, as well as the inventory of our available stock.

Working with various IT Service teams across the Business, you will ensure that all purchased equipment is correctly tagged and booked onto our systems.

As part of our joiners, movers and leaver’s processes, you will ensure all equipment is correctly tracked when issued and returned by updating relevant systems. You will be required to follow the correct processes when escalating any equipment discrepancies.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Strong attention to detail.- Experience of tracking data across various systems including Excel.- Good communication skills.- Experience in handling a stock environment.- General knowledge of IT equipment.Read more

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Counting stock and providing an accurate report of available on-hand kit and outstanding orders.- Managing stock levels across multiple locations.- Tagging and recording of new stock onto the systems.- Using processes to reach out to managers and compliance teams where required.- Verifying and providing weekly stock reports on available equipment and commencing the ordering process where applicable.Read more
