- E&R/23/247262We are looking for 2 full time Cemetery Workers to work within our Cemeteries team, based in either Widnes or Runcorn.

As a Cemetery Worker you will be required to work outdoors on physically demanding tasks, including grave-digging, horticultural work and assisiting in maintaining attractive cemeteries and grounds for our visitors.

The role requires the operation of a range of large plant machinery, such as excavators, to enable grave digging and associated services. Ideally, you will have previous experience in grounds maintenance and grave excavation and be able to work professionally and sympathetically with members of the public.

You must possess GCSE English & Maths at grade D or above (or an equivalent qualification) and have gained a Level 2 Qualification in Horticulture. A Full UK driving license (B and B1) is desirable, although not essential for this role.
