We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retention Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our customer retention efforts.

As a Retention Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention rates. You will engage with existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your role will involve proactive outreach, relationship-building, and effective problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Duties
- Identify customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to address them.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to prevent customer churn and maximize long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback from customers, contributing to product/service enhancements and improvements.
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to track customer interactions, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for retention optimization.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in customer retention

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, account management, or sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
