Alpha Rod is a truly local family business with over 20 years of experience in drain services in Bristol, Swindon, Bath & Surrounding areas, providing our customers with total drain solutions.
We are on the lookout for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our friendly team
**Key Responsibilities**:
Acting as the first point of contact for the engineering workforce, allocating work to engineers and diary management
Updating and closing out jobs for engineers on our CRM system
Sending invoices for reactive works
Updating relevant databases and providing support to the wider team
Take calls out of hours on a rota basis when required
**About You**:
Strong Customer service skills
Experience in scheduling engineers/diary management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages/IT literate
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Able to work on own initiative
8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Must be able to take part in the on call weekend rota
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
