Temporary - Office Support Administrator - 4-6 weeks - Full time Monday - Friday - 9:00-17:30 Based on site in Warminster - £11-£12 p/h - Start ASAP
An exciting new temporary role has arisen to work for a well-known organisation based in Warminster.
The Office Support Administrator will provide effective, efficient, and confidential administrative support to the Executive Team.
Firstly, providing specific support in pro-actively managing day to day activities on a variety of work for the Executive Chairman and providing administrative support to the senior management team as required (Finance Director, Commercial Director, OperationsDirector).
Key responsibilities:
- Office Administration
- Responsible for the day to day running of the office
- Reception duties including greeting visitors to the estate office, ascertaining their needs and contacting the host to inform them of their arrival etc.
- General clerical duties including processing of post, monitoring and ordering of office supplies (stationery, catering etc.), meeting room bookings, photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving etc.
- Provide basic facilities management
- setting up rooms for meetings, ensuring the required equipment and resources are available and assisting attendees.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of office layouts
- Monitoring the condition of the Estate Office and ensuring that any maintenance/cleaning issues are raised and reported to the relevant department
- Providing executive Administration Support for the Executive Chairman
- Provide Administration support in managing business activities for the Executive Chairman
- Scheduling appointments, assist with travel arrangements
- Assisting the team with itineraries encompassing all aspects: accommodations, meals, venues, and entertainment
- Providing ad-hoc support for company organisational projects and events both internal and external
- Attending meetings and take minutes as required
