Café Supervisor

**About us** - At Hapi we pride ourselves on serving high quality Coffee and Bagels. Being only 3 months old, we are quickly becoming a community favourite and are extremely excited about our future. With a renovation at our OG cafe in Claygate planned for the end of September and our Cobham store growing very quickly, we need to add another high quality team member.

**Role Overview**:

- As a supervisor of our two cafes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of both establishments. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional service standards, leading the staffing team throughout the day and overseeing daily operations to guarantee an inviting and efficient customer experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management
- Provide leadership, guidance and training to other staff to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products, presentation and customer service in alignment with company standards.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
- Handle customer Enquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.

**Our Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years coffee making experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in fast paced hospitality environments is preferred.
- Exceptional personal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Food handling certificate is a plus
- Driving license with car

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
