**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience, earn a salary, and receive all your training at no cost to you as you complete an IT Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Main responsibility**:
To provide IT Helpdesk support for the Trust. It is a varied and interesting role which can involve a wide range of tasks.
This could include (This list is not exhaustive) the following:
- Providing first line support.
- Taking customer support calls and raising support tickets.
- Liaising with the Trust’s 3rd Party IT Support to ensure support requirements are fulfilled.
- Carrying out hardware builds for new rollouts.
- Participating in internal project responsibilities.
- Commitment to personal development within the role and the Trust
- Commitment to Health and Wellbeing of self and others, to understand EDI and champion diversity within the Trust
- Any other duties as required by the Trust

**Skills and experience**:
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Being knowledgeable of IT hardware and software
- Strong attention to detail

- A person that can use own initiative, demonstrates and maintains high standards of health and safety, information management, communication, confidentiality and GDPR best practice
**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Salary:**
£12,948.52 per annum.
**Future prospects:**
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
