Mae'r rôl hon yn rhoi cymorth i hyfforddeion, gan hybu eu diogelwch a'u lles bob amser ac yn cynorthwyo â darparu cyfleoedd hyfforddi ystyrlon i hyfforddeion.

Mae'r dyletswyddau'n cynnwys, ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i ddarparu cefnogaeth ymarferol a chymorth i hyfforddeion, cynorthwyo cydweithwyr gydag asesiadau perthnasol, a chynlluniau hyfforddi, cyfrannu at asesiadau risg, arfarniadau a phrosesau eraill a allai fod eu hangen ar gyfer hyfforddeion unigol a chysylltu â theuluoedd, gofalwyr ac asiantaethau eraill.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd delfrydol yn ddibynadwy, yn hyderus ac yn broffesiynol, yn ymroddedig i ddarparu gwasanaeth rhagorol i gwsmeriaid, â diddordeb mewn gwaith coed a/neu arddwriaeth, yn ogystal â'r sector gofal.

**Basis**:Part Time - 15 hours per week

**Salary**: £9,141 - £9,936 - per annum

**Base**: Bleaf/Woodb

**Accountable to**:Horticultural Lead

**Closing date **:Wednesday 23 August 2023.

This role provides support to trainees, always promoting their safety and wellbeing and assists with the delivery of meaningful training opportunities for trainees.

Duties include but are not limited to providing practical support and assistance to trainees, assisting colleagues with relevant assessments, and training plans, contributing to risk assessments, appraisals and other processes that may be required for individual trainees and liaising with families, carers and other agencies.
