Overall System Ownership of Business Central ERP
- Subject Matter Expert for Business Central ERP
- Builds knowledge of the Business Processes supported by ERP and the use of the ERP system within the Business.
- Works closely with all stakeholders on system implementations, upgrades, changes, improvements and integrations.
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
- Works closely with all stakeholders to analyse business processes and define business requirements.
- Business process mapping and data flows for both as-is to the desired to-be processes
- Support Process Owners in defining the scope of requested process and system improvements, identify stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers to find solutions to complex business requirements
- Management of supplier contracts, ensuring that costs are reviewed, renewals and cancellations are managed
- Support Master Data stewards in defining data rules for data held within D365 Business Central.
- Ensure that system documentation is kept up-to-date and Quality processes are followed
