**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities.
- Conduct home visits to assess needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, mobility support, and companionship.
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of service users are respected.
- Maintain accurate records and attend necessary meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in domiciliary care or similar role.
- Strong understanding of health, nursing, and social care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
