Redeployment Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Childcare Offer team in Blaenau Gwent to support the delivery of the Childcare Offer for Wales programme.

You will offer a high standard of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively. You will be expected to work with pace, energy and enthusiasm to ensure the offer is the best it can be for the parent, child and provider.

Essential experience and skills include, but are not limited to;
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- A good understanding/experience of the childcare sector.
- Experience of working effectively and in co-operation with a wide range of internal and external partners.

**The position requires you to undertake visits to settings, therefore the ability to drive and access to a car is essential.**
