Duties as a Caretaker;
- To assist with the unlocking and securing of the buildings and sites as required.
- To assist with the reactive and planned maintenance tasks of the buildings and grounds, involving plumbing, carpentry, light replacement, furniture construction, drainage, decorating, cleaning, etc.
- To assist and respond to maintenance requests arising from staff. Prioritising where necessary and completing jobs efficiently and proactively.
- To take the lead in delivering small works and minor projects.
- To lead in the planning and running of academy events and key events.
- To liaise with staff members on site as needed.
- Experience in this skill or trade
- Competent basic building repairs and maintenance
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lone work or as part of a team

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- caretaking: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driving license (preferred)

Work Location: In person
