Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Housekeepers for their client, a prestigious 4* Hotel overlooking Woolacombe Bay in North Devon.

The Role:

- To deliver an exceptional standard of accommodation to our guests. You will work as part of the team to make sure the cleanliness and presentation of accommodation and public areas achieves the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning guest accommodation and presenting to the highest standard.
- Report any maintenance issues to your line manager.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations including manual handling and COSHH regs.
- Support colleagues and other departments.
- Use equipment/machinery in a safe manner.
- Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken.

The right person:

- Will have a Keen eye for detail and be proactive.
- Willingness to learn and support colleagues across all departments.
- Is happy to work under pressure and completes tasks within the timeframes given.
- Will Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Takes care and pride in their work.
- Takes a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance.
- Maintains high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken.
- Interacts with guests and takes appropriate action with regards to their feedback
- Complies with brand, hotel and department operating standards
