**You must have**:

- A commitment to working in partnership with others within the service and external partners to put adults and carers at the heart of decision making.
- Good communication skills and be able to share appropriate, succinct, objective information and analysis to aid joint decision making.
- Have a full, valid driving licence and car available for work (unless a disability prevents this) or are working towards achieving this.
