Community Connections is a multi-disciplinary team delivering services across Homelessness, Housing Improvement, Disabled Facilities Grants, Community Safety, Community Youth, and Community Development.

Our ethos is to put the customer at the centre of service delivery, creating a relationship to encourage and support with ours and other services.

The Senior Advisor role contributes to the continuous improvement of the Housing Needs Service by promoting good practice, developing innovative ways of preventing homelessness and meeting housing need through partnership working with a range of stake holders, ensure that statutory requirements are met and best practice achieved.

You must be happy to work independently and flexibly and you will be required to work in an office environment and from various locations in the City.
