Full Time Live Out Nanny

This professional and friendly family are looking for a kind, gentle and fun nanny, preferably with some experience of young toddlers and newborns ( who is due at the end of May ). The role will initially be a mixture of sole charge and shared care, supporting mum whilst she is on maternity leave, then looking to increase to sole charge in the new year. This role can be live-in or live-out but live-in would be preferred, the accommodation is a one bed separate annex. A love of the outdoors and animals would be helpful, as they have an 18 month old who is full of energy, loves being outdoors and interested in everything from story time and cuddles to swimming, walks, and being involved with everyday tasks. Planning and doing a fun daily activity that aligns with learning and development for this age group would be expected. This little one will be at nursery for short days (8am - 2pm) twice a week, therefore a driving licence and nursery drop offs and pick ups would be essential as, currently, mum cannot drive for health reasons. In addition, providing support to mum with the newborn would be helpful, for example, looking after the baby whilst she takes her toddler swimming, and taking them to activities. Also, preparing children's meals (and on occasion an uncomplicated family meal), doing their laundry and keeping their rooms and play area tidy and helping with bath and bed time.
