**Title**: Accounts Assistant

**Location**: Victoria, London (WFH options available)

**Salary**: £26,000 - £32,000 + bonus + study support + other benefits

**The company**:
Our client is one of the largest LNG shipping & infrastructure groups, head-quartered in Bermuda with strategic hubs in London, Norway and Malaysia.

Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the expanding Finance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier invoices, payroll and employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Raising of daily sales ledger invoicing requests - issue invoices to customers as needed on a daily basis
- Preparation of payment runs and cashflow actualization
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and trade creditors analysis
- Credit note processing and allocation
- Assist in auditor’s queries and requests
- Assisting with ad hoc reporting when required

**Role Requirements**
- Good knowledge of accounts payable functions
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative or as a part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
