CV Screen is recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will join a highly successful and innovative manufacturing company based in Liverpool.

This varied Marketing Manager role will be responsible for delivering the marketing strategy, providing clear positioning and promotion of an innovative and niche portfolio of products whilst supporting the commercialisation of newly developed products.

**YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Ownership of the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.
- Support the Head of Sales, Technical and Sector managers throughout the new product development and commercialisation processes and developing campaign plans to launch new products.
- Creation, delivery, and assessment of digital marketing campaigns to target market and audiences.
- Help develop and maintain the company brand.
- Collaboration and management of relationships with third party agencies as required to deliver marketing materials and other support services.
- Utilising and managing the dedicated Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day tactical marketing responsibilities and execution of the marketing plan.
- Overall management of the marketing budget to ensure appropriate and effective spend.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing KPI’s.
- Managing, continually improving and optimising the company website to enhance lead generation.
- Ownership of the business’s CRM system.
- Managing/organising events and attending, as and when required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- 5+ years marketing experience in a similar role within an industrial B2B environment.
- Experience in a SME manufacturing business is preferrable.
- Evidenced successful marketing strategy and planning experience.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- A balance of creative and analytical.
- Ability to executive, monitor and analyse campaigns.

**SALARY**:
Up to £45,000

**HOURS**:
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
