**Job Summary**:
Our Marketing Assistant will play a key role in driving Taco Taco's revenue growth by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies. This position involves understanding market trends, identifying opportunities, creating campaigns to promote the company's products, and taking care of our Social Media channels including content creration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years’ experience at Marketing assistant within Hospitality/Restaurant brands.
- High level of face to face and phone handling experience
- The successful applicant will have proven experience in brand marketing and leading social media.
- Have excellent copy writing skills and a good eye for design
- Self-starter - able to proactively manage and organise work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent team player, comfortable with regularly sharing knowledge and expertise.
