As a Telesales Agent at Guest Services Worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, driving revenue growth by booking sales appointments for our representatives. You will engage with potential clients over the phone, showcasing our services and persuasively encouraging them to schedule appointments with our sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
- Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handover of scheduled appointments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
- Experience working USA hours is preferred.
