**Summary of the position**:
**A multi roled individual, to carry out reception, bartending and breakfast duties.**

The Receptionist is a key, integral role within the Hotel, providing the fundamental relationship between the hotel operational team and the customers of the business. It involves working within a safe environment and the set Hotel Quality Standards and to undertake your duties as a role model on behalf of the hotel and work colleagues.

The position of Receptionist to ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas always operate a high-quality service

The Food and Beverage Assistant is a key, integral role within the Hotel, providing the fundamental relationship between the hotel operational team and the customers of the business. It involves working within a safe environment and the set Hotel Quality Standards and to undertake your duties as a role model on behalf of the hotel and work colleagues.

As Food and Beverage Assistant you will take responsibility for:

- Welcoming customers into the hotel and creating warm and friendly ambiance
- Taking customer food and drink orders
- Serving food and drink
- Clearing and sanitising tables
- Taking payment
- Maintaining the workplace in an orderly manner.
- Maintain teamwork with peer colleagues to deliver a professional and effective service

Reporting to the line manager, you will take directives to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and other relevant legislation as laid down in the Everbright Hotels compliance Standards and the Everbright Hotel Group, Hotel policies and procedures.

You will be required to adopt a positive approach, creating an environment of positive communication with others that will aid teamwork, flexibility, trust, respect and excellent customer service.

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour
