**Groom/Stable Hand**

We are a private home looking for a kind person, who’s responsibility will be to make sure that horses are happy, healthy and in good condition by looking after their everyday needs.

We have 3 mature horses, full of character but gentle to handle. It is a positive, friendly working environment with excellent conditions and a beautiful view of Rutland Water.

Due to my business life, I require a person Monday to Friday who is completely reliable. Ideally, you would be able to start at 8am/8:30pm and finish around 3:30pm/4:00pm. However, I am open to discussion on the length/total hours.

Your main responsibilities would be:
Turning out and Bringing in

Mucking out

Keeping the yard clean

Grooming

Cleaning tack

Paddock management

Keeping the rest area, tackroom and feed room clean

I would like someone to start as soon as possible.

Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
