Due to imminent changes in our Lottery service we are looking to add four Support Advisors to our Network Monitoring team ideally starting early October. These vacancies would be a great opportunity for individuals seeking a short-term role whether school leavers, individuals between roles or anyone interested in a fantastic working environment who has a passion for customer service.

As a Support Advisor within our Network Monitoring Team you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of Lottery related stock within our Postmaster’s system. You will proactively investigate discrepancies as you monitor the system and contact Postmasters directly to ensure they understand the process.

You will become an expert in Post Office branch operations and know how to help Postmasters and branches resolve their issues. You will also complete administrative activities to ensure that issues captured in first line support are effectively managed and resolved for Postmasters and branches.

Although initially for 6 months these roles could off you a great introduction to a long term career in Customer Service within the Post Office as full training will be provided.
