**Introduction**:
**In this role you’ll be able to make a real difference You’ll be crucial in supporting the day-to-day activities of a multinational business by supporting their SuccessFactors system.**

**This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week remotely), however it is likely that you will need to be onsite for the initial 3 - 6 months for training.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing SuccessFactors bulk uploads to minimise the impact of mass data changes to the day-to-day use of the system.
- Managing complex data integrity changes caused by incorrect data input to SuccessFactors.
- Ensuring that data is corrected post changes and inputting preventive measures.
- Identifying root causes of data discrepancies and providing solutions.
- Support and deliver training to individuals on the Data systems.
- Support complex large scale/major re-organisation projects which can include the creation of new organisation names, mapping of existing fields, people mapping etc.

**Skills & experience**:

- Understanding of SAP technologies (ideally SuccessFactors)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to prioritise and manage work.
- Ability to manage change.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
