Head Barista

We are delighted to be hiring for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the team at Sanders Garden Centre as a Head Barista.

We are looking for a person:

- with a great passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectation
- with pride in a job well executed
- able to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- attentive, pleasant, and friendly with both, our customers and other team members
- with previous barista experience and able to lead the barista team to a great standard.
- Flexible with the duties

We are taking a great pride in our customer service (we don’t want our customer to wait for their drinks and food) so a friendly and motivated person is a must.
