**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our VUE (Assessment) EMEA Programme Management team. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Project Manager who is looking to build Project and Client Management experience and to play a pivotal role within ourteam driving revenue growth. You will be supported on the **Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship** standard which will help build your skills and knowledge.

**Remote-work Position**:
This is a **hybrid** working position although there will be a requirement to travel to Pearson UK Offices in Manchester and possibly London on occasion.

**Key Accountabilities & Deliverables**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and future clients
- Managing the provision of exam services to assigned clients and their learners
- Contract management and change control
- Leadingprojects to plan and deliver the agreed products, services, and deliverables
- Measuring performance against the client contract and any relevant key performance indicators
- Managing all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, quality, scope, cost, and timelines
- Leading client-facing meetings and ensuring that the team follow-up on any agreed commitments
- Ensuringthat projects are formally closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are actioned.
- Support Senior team members with delivering projects and operational activities to clients.

**Skills, qualifications, and experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ professional experiencedeliveringservices for medium to large-scale customers is preferred
- Experience with the delivery of computer-based assessments and qualifications within the education sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
- Problem solving skills
- IT Literacy
- Exceptional listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships
- Commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach
- A valid non-restricted passport
