**About the role**:
This role is vital in a successful school, as it allows teachers to focus on their core responsibility of teaching students new content effectively. Exceptional reprographics work ensures teachers have everything they need to deliver the best lessons and students have the best resources to support them with their learning.

In addition to this we are looking for an individual to model our core values of Aim High and Be Kind in their work supporting students with medical needs and first aid. This allows to maximise their learning every day. We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to address educational disadvantage, model our core values and be committed to
_‘making our world a better place’_.
- Experience of running effective administrative systems, preferably in a school environment
- First aid at work certificate or be willing to undertake the training.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Passion for education and addressing disadvantage.
- Motivation to work with children and young people.
