**Job Overview**:

- Provide support services to the marketing/business development department to strengthen and improve existing relations with clients and to develop new business.
- Provide additional support to cover the Marketing Administrator when required.

**Duties**:

- Working closely with the marketing director, plan, execute and attend events, including careers fayres, business expos, seminars, agricultural shows, social events etc.
- Assist with setting up display stands and peripheral marketing activities at events and seminars.
- Assist with the communication and management of guest lists to various events.
- Assist with the production of presentation packs, peripheral marketing materials and name badges for seminars and events.
- Create and update various spreadsheets/central documents.
- Update records on Microsoft Dynamics and create marketing lists.
- Develop targeted e-marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or similar.
- Maintain records of unsubscribes adding to suppression list and removing records from Microsoft Dynamics.
- Research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with updating the firm’s website, including adding and deleting staff, job vacancies etc.
- Assist in ensuring the firm’s social media presence is maintained.
- Working with external graphic designer arrange artwork as necessary for booked advertising.
- Assist with the drafting, editing and preparation of articles such as blogs and submissions to legal directories.
- Assist with the co-ordination of the electronic delivery of newsletters to clients and contacts.
- Updating information on the firm’s intranet.
- Providing general support to the marketing director and team which may include, typing, diary management, arranging meetings etc.
- Assist with general administrative duties within the department.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a Marketing position.
- Experience writing and editing articles, blogs, newsletters etc.
- Experience using websites, social media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using packages such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Degree in Marketing is an advantage.
- Confident utilising Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publishing.
- Creative approach, able to generate positive contributions to all marketing campaigns.
- Driving licence is an advantage when attending events etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
