We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Central Quality team to be responsible for implementing and managing the outcomes of the sector quality cycle to positively raise standards on the intent, implementation and impact of thecurriculum programmes, resulting in the delivery of an outstanding learner experience, including provision co-delivered by employers or sub-contractors. To manage accreditations within the sector including awarding organisation regulatory requirements andthe accreditation and re-accreditation of industry quality kite mark.

What will you be doing?
- Interpret and analysis the internal and external sector data, use to drive improvement that is measurable on the learner experience
- Develop strong working relationships with the sector management team in order to work collaboratively to drive the quality agenda which supports the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
- Work collaboratively across sector with operations, accounts, and support teams to complete sector analysis to feed into the SAR and inform the quality improvement plan
- Carry out quarterly curriculum thematic reviews in accordance with the quality cycle providing on going analysis into curriculum intent, implementation, and impact, evaluate the findings and driving improvement areas through the sector with the operationsdirector
- Support the review of curriculum resources to ensure they are current, effective and engaging to support the delivery of good teaching and training,
- Develop, maintain, and deliver the sector Self-Assessment report and quarterly position statements based on evidence and in collaboration with the sector management team
- Using centrally driven audits to drive improvements through the quality improvement plan
- Responsible for the communication and implementation of all quality initiatives across all areas of the sector and Lifetime to ensure they are knowledgeable and engaged
- Work collaboratively with Head of client services to ensure that the accounts teams are informed about the quality agenda and drive it through client engagement
- Mange the completion of the quality framework for any sub-contracted delivery within the sector, work with them to complete regular reviews of delivery with associated improvement plans and that findings feed into the self-assessment process

What will you bring to the role?
- Assessing qualification (CAVA or equivalent)
- Internal quality assurance qualification (IQA or equivalent)
- Teaching qualification to a minimum of level 3
- Sector occupational competence
- Demonstrates measurable of impact of quality impact
- Experience in managing the processes associated with a quality cycle
- Ability to write a standard report
- Experience of working in high demand environments to targets and strict deadlines
- English and maths at level 2 or equivalent
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Proven examples of being able to influence across an organisation
- Managing external relationships with external stakeholders and partners
