Duties and responsibilities include:

- Ensure that all students/guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service.
- Delivery of refreshments and buffet lunches to university buildings in a timely manner as per daily task worksheets.
- Ensure that refreshments and buffet lunch deliveries are presented to company standard.
- Clear away and washing up of crockery and buffet items.
- Adhere to company uniform policy.
- Follow manual handling and safe practices.
- Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.

Uniform (excluding footwear) and meals on duty are provided
In-house training provided
