**Property Underwriter -**
**£31,350 - £76,800**

Following continued growth across the business, Aviva are looking for a Property Underwriter to join their Chief Underwriting Office within Commercial Lines.

The risk landscape continues to evolve and this role will play a crucial role in understanding how existing risks are changing and what new risks are emerging to develop solutions that protect Aviva and our customers and identify new areas of opportunity to create insurance solutions.

Supporting the Property Underwriting Manager by representing the Property team with key internal and external stakeholders including industry groups, claims, risk management and business leaders.

**Skills and experience we're looking for**:

- ACII or equivalent qualification, or working towards this currently
- Strong Property underwriting experience with the ability to deliver solutions to complex issues
- Ability to think strategically and assess the impact of changing risks over the medium /long term
- An awareness of how to implement strategy and how this is influenced by operational considerations
- Experience of supporting the implementation of underwriting strategies into the business, and deep dive activities

**What you'll get for this role**:

- Starting salary in the region of £31,350 - £58,200 National and £41,350 - £76,800 London - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
