- As a **Service Advisor** at Thurlow Nunn **Luton**, w you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with the Customer Experience Manager, you'll act as the vital link between our skilled Technicians and valued customers.Previous automotive experience isn't essential; what matters most is your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, your proactive approach, and your enthusiasm for the dynamic nature of the role.**What you will be doing**
- Provide expert advice on any necessary repairs or additional services, confidently upselling additional work and products, where appropriate, and serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service journey from technical problems, warranties through to services and repairs..
- Keep customers informed with regular updates and consultative guidance on any required or ongoing repair work.
- Prepare and explain customer invoices, discussing completed work and proactively scheduling future appointments for vehicle maintenance or servicing.

**We are looking for the following**
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competence in Microsoft packages.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, on a rotational basis.

**Salary**
- £25,000 per annum + bonus scheme**Hours**
- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, 1 hour for lunch, alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm**Benefits**
