**Account Manager**

KOR is an Exeter-based communications consultancy that provides specialist PR and public affairs for landowners, developers, and estates across the UK.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Account Manager to join our rural affairs team to help deliver engaging communications strategies for landed estates and rural businesses.

You’ll have a natural interest in rural affairs, diversification and the environment, a passion for great communication and the evolving digital landscape, as well as a good understanding of the news agenda and how it may impact your clients.

With your positive, can-do attitude and ability to manage budgets and timelines, you will enjoy a diverse role that involves crafting engaging content for digital and traditional channels including media releases, case studies and social media campaigns which help your clients meet their business objectives.

**As an Account Manager, you will**:

- Be efficient, charismatic and organised
- Inspire and deliver excellence
- Maintain existing, strong client relationships and nurture new
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload
- Have excellent verbal, presentation and written skills
- Have experience of managing and generating content for social media channels
- Have experience of writing and pitching news releases or working with the media
- Manage hours to deliver work on time and within budget
- Analyse and report on the impact of your work
- Continue to develop strong media relationships
- Identify and attend relevant industry conferences and networking events
- Stay updated with industry trends and policy change, considering how these may affect your clients
- Collaborate with internal team members
- Have the opportunity to manage junior members of the team in the future
- Need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle

**About the KOR team**

The KOR team is unique; made up of experts in rural affairs, public relations, public affairs and media relations, including former print and broadcast journalists Although agency or in-house experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager is desired, it is not essential. If you think your skills, knowledge and experience can enhance the KOR team and deliver for our clients, then we want to hear from you.
