Responsibilities:

- Operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Transport materials to designated areas using the telehandler
- Perform routine maintenance on the telehandler to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Experience operating a telehandler or similar heavy equipment is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating heavy equipment for extended periods of time

**Salary**: £14.41-£18.78 per hour

**Experience**:

- telehandler: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- telehandler license (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
