**Hours: 42 on average; Monday
- **Thursday**: 0**7.30am - 4.30pm Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm**

**Salary: £25,000- £27,000 plus on average **£250** **bonus each month**

Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place, here at the Audi Preparation Centre North Shields, we are on the hunt for a Parts Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Audi Prep Centre parts department. In role you will report into Gary Willis (Aftersales Manager); who has an abundance of Lookers experience and will support you on a day-to-day basis.

Working within our Prep Team made up of 10 Technicians (and 2 Apprentices), 2 Advisors as well as a Rom Murray our Audi Workshop Controller, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all Parts requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with our Workshop Controller and Vehicle Progressor
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Proficient use of the RTC system for parts pricing

Qualifications:
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. Ideally, we’re looking for an existing Parts Advisor to come and join the Audi Prep Centre family however, if you’re from a Service Advisor background we would still love to hear from you You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
