Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Please note that this position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
