**Cremation Advisor Supervisor - Tewkesbury Site**
Required to contribute to the smooth running of the Individual Cremation activities of the Company by assisting our customers promptly and efficiently in making arrangements for pet cremations via the telephone or in a one to one situation. Must be able to present a smart, polite, willing, professional and compassionate image at all times. Other duties to include attending cremation services (including preparation of deceased pets for viewing) and assisting in the packing of pets ashes if required.
To ensure that customer care, communication and all relevant administrative activities are in line with Company requirements.
To become part of our small and friendly Individual Cremation team you must have:

- A good eye for detail
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Good understanding of the English language with neat and clear hand writing
- Experience of being a pet owner preferred
**Additional Supervisor Skills**:
To provide a happy working environment whilst ensuring the department as a whole is achieving set goals. To ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times whilst enforcing company process/policy. Reporting to Head of Veterinary Sales & Customer Care in all cases.

This role will require a flexible approach to your working hours with the main hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday being covered with a Saturday 8.30am-3.30pm being on rota (day returned in lieu). Being contactable outside of these hours may be required at certain times to ensure guidance is available for other team members working.

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
