HR Business Partner job based in Coventry 9 -12months
**Your new company**
You will be working for a large and growing company based on the outskirts of Coventry close to motorway networks. Due to business changes they are looking for a stand alone Business Partner to assist them in their growth.
**Your new role**
You will be working in a stand alone role with support from a HR Assistant and will be responsible for working with stakeholders and be involved in a large TUPE project. The role is hybrid and if necessary could look at someone working 4 days a week.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience working as a HR Business Partner and ideally have your CIPD qualification. Experience in employment law and TUPE rights is essential due to the nature of the assignment.
