**Funds and Bursaries Manager**

**Salary**: £21.21

**Duration**:3 January - 31 March 2023 (high potential of being extended)

**Working pattern**:arrangements between home and office work - 4 days on-site 1 at home / 35 hours per week

**Contract type**:Temporary

Adecco are currently recruiting for a **Funds and Bursaries Manager** to join a prestigious university based in Greenwich.

**Roles and responsibilities**

**Team Specific**:

- Responsible for the management of the Funds and Bursaries including staff appraisal and sickness and absence reports.
- To attend meetings where funds are bursaries are being reviewed providing an expert view as appropriate.
- Coordination of information advice and guidance to students, regarding funds, bursaries etc. by SFFAS.
- Support the work of the Senior Finance Manager/Adviser.
- Responsible for the overall provision of an efficient and orientated service to students, staff and external contacts in conjunction with the Senior Student Finance Manager.

**Desirable**:

- Experience and knowledge of the university student record database.
- Substantial experience in Finance and financial support in the Higher Education sector.
- Demonstrable experience in supervising others and the ability to develop and manage a team.
- Significant experience in writing clear and concise reports.

**Skills**:

- High level of commutation skills, both writing and verbal.
