**About The Role**:
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an Accessible Vehicle Specialist to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be part of the wider Accessible Vehicles team and will work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to deliver against our mission to ensure customers with high access needs can choose affordable, accessible, and tailored mobility solutions.

You will be self-motivated, can pick things up quickly in a continuously changing and evolving department.

You will have to make difficult decisions so being able to question things in detail to fully understand the facts is incredibly important.

As this is a newly formed team, you will have the opportunity to help shape our processes to deliver against our mission.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (our Accessible Vehicle Partners) to enhance the customer experience, reliability, and performance of our products whilst being commercially astute.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with other business areas such as Customer Services to help resolve their issues.
- Support with improvement projects and bring ideas forward to make us a better department.
- Support field team to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Monthly reporting.
- Manage pricing requests and send pricing to partners.
- Partner invoicing within SLA.
- Creating cases for relevant departments.

- Knowledge of all our customer products including WAV, nearly new WAV, bespoke products (BPS, IT & DFW) and adaptations.

**Minimum criteria**:

- Good knowledge of Accessible Vehicles.
- Proven record of customer/partner process improvements.
- Accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Experience of delivering results in a pressurised environment
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing workloads.
- Commercially aware and focused
- Competent with using Excel.
