Our successful, family-run luxury holiday business is looking for a dedicated individual to maintain hot tubs and the exterior of holiday homes across Cotswold Water Park and surrounding villages.

Our guests enjoy luxurious amenities, including hot tubs, and our mission is to ensure everything is in perfect condition for their enjoyment. The outside of the properties is as important as the interiors.

**Job Overview**:
As a Homes Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our hot tubs and ensuring the exterior areas of our holiday homes are clean and welcoming. This includes routine maintenance, chemical testing, and ensuring cleanliness, all under supervision and with appropriate training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily checks on hot tubs, including water testing and chemical adjustments.
- Drain, fill, and clean hot tubs on changeover days.
- Clean and sanitise hot tub filters and the surrounding area.
- Assist with general maintenance of the exteriors of holiday homes, including de-cobwebbing, sweeping deckings, rearranging outdoor furniture, window cleaning, litter picking and power washing.
- Provide advice to guests on hot tub use and safety.
- Promote Cotswold Water Park Retreats, Cotswold Water Park and facilities to guests.
- Safely handle and store chemicals in line with training and COSHH.
- Provide manual support to the Head of Maintenance with larger scale refits such as new kitchens and deckings.
- Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Friendly and helpful attitude, excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and thorough approach to troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn new skills; previous hot tub maintenance experience is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule.
- Strong, fit, and healthy to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Full, clean driving license required as you will have use of a company van.

**Reporting Line**:
You will report to the Head of Maintenance, who will provide direction and support in your daily tasks.

**Job Details**:

- Schedule: rotating 4 days on, 2 days off, with each shift being approx. 6 hours (24 hours per week).
- Opportunity for overtime.
- Location: On the road, maintaining properties within the Cotswold Water Park area and nearby villages.
- This is a predominantly outdoor role so you need to enjoy working outdoors and you need to be physically fit with no restricted issues on movement as this is a physical role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
