Our staffing and recruitment agency is currently seeking two qualified cocktail bartenders to join our team for a temporary contract over the next 3 weeks. This is a remarkable opportunity to demonstrate your mixology expertise while gaining valuable experience with respected establishments in the vibrant hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve an array of creative and classic cocktails with precision and style.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized in accordance with industry standards.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop innovative cocktail recipes and exciting menu offerings.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of various cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to thrive and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts from 4pm to 12am.
- Willingness to work temporary contracts through our agency.
