Job description

The RSE is looking for an experienced Membership Officer responsible for delivering excellent membership service to current and prospective RSE Fellows. Working as part of a small team, using your meticulous attention to detail, you will be responsible for ensuring that all membership data is up-to-date using our integrated CRM database.

This role will work as part of the Fellowship team, providing essential support to key processes regarding Fellows taking guidance from the Membership Manager and any relevant committees and working groups. You will also grow and nurture the membership by supporting the nomination process and engaging the Fellowship as you support the delivery of a programme of activities.

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to:

- To provide essential support, input, quality assurance and maintenance, to the nominations process, including regular liaison with nominating and assessor Fellows, often in tight timeframes and under pressure.
- Support the engagement of members by coordinating a programme of events in collaboration across the organisation for the RSE Fellowship
- To undertake other administrative tasks and duties for the Fellowship, including secretariat support for nomination committees and support in other areas, where appropriate
- To represent the RSE’s Fellowship Team at external events where appropriate and agreed with the line manager.

If you are a highly personable and professional individual, with demonstrable skills in a customer-centred role within a membership organisation, have experience working with CRM’s to manage data and have meticulous attention to detail We want to hear from you.
