**Role**: Telecom CRE

**Location**: Central London

**Day Rate**: £450 - £500 pd (INSIDE IR35) UMB PAYE

**Duration**: 6 months rolling contract

**TELECOM CRE:
I am currently recruiting for a Telecom CRE to join a major Tier 1 company Rail projects located in the Central London area.

**TELECOM CRE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
**:

- Support the Project Manager and management team to monitor the progress of works and ensure that the development, design construction, testing and financial targets are on track to be met.
- Liaise with Project Manager/ Client to establish current project requirements and understand project remit.
- Participate at readiness checks to ensure that engineering activities are planned thoroughly in a safe and effective manner.
- Collate/ review site diaries and report/ record any issues.
- Identify all project engineering requirements and ensure all relevant documentation has been provided to the Design/ Construction teams.
- Brief project documentation to project team, subcontractors and stakeholders as identified.
- Identify and manage any project specific requirements such as disconnections, permits and access requirements.
- Undertake safety and quality inspections as required.
- Coordinate the engineering activities of sub-contractors.
- Review and assess the engineering aspects of project changes.

**TELECOM CRE’S REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as CRE
- Previous Rail project experience
- A background in Telecoms (a Must)
- Degree educated OR equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience within similar positions/carrying out similar duties
