**About us**

The Nature’s Finest brand first appeared on supermarket shelves in the UK in 2004. At first, the range of fruits was small and consisted of peaches and pears. But consumers loved the brand and were soon asking us for more exotic fruits such as pineapples, mango's and papaya. Over the next two years the search was on for more high-quality fruits to meet increasing demand. Since those early days, we've seen a lot of fruit and met some wonderful people who share our passion, and our range of fruits has also grown.

Fast forward several years and our mission is the same - **to source the finest quality fruits for every single pot.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and communication of customer sales orders with third party logistic partners.
- Processing and communication of customer sales invoices.
- Maintenance of customer Sales contracts and price lists.
- Downloading third party transaction data and tracker maintenance.
- Checking and processing Warehouse and Distribution invoices.
- Maintenance of internal system database information.
- Accurate data input and inventory controls.
- Building relationships and liaising with external Logistic partners
- Producing monthly and ad hoc sales reports for Sales Account Managers
- Communicate customer Sales Performance Report on daily basis.
- Monthly Delivery Performance report for SCM.
- Month end and Year end administration.
- Assisting with fielding telephone calls in the office
- Supporting SCM on Crisis Management

About you:
You will demonstrate a passion for food, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.

Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear messages.

You will be a problem solver and analytical thinker and possess strong planning and organisational skills.

In addition, you will be a team player who maintains an open, honest and respectful culture, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
