To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a **Repair Exchange Technician** based at our offices in Slough.

**About the role**:
Inspecting, assessing and maintaining endoscopes and instrumentation for repair or replacement.

Creating a detailed photographic technical report for each product assessment.

Providing technical support and advice to internal and external stakeholders being able to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.

Using our ERP system, to generate repair cost estimates and identify products which should be handled as complaints.

**About You**:
You should be computer literate and be able to produce concise technical documentation that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders. Experience of SAP would be advantageous.

You will have had experience within a technical role utilising attention to detail, such as a Service Engineer or Quality Inspector with an understanding of maintenance and repair of instrumentation, ideally gained within a medical devices’ organisation or similar.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
