We are looking for a Finance Senior Associate to join our small but growing team to deliver a enhanced finance function service to our portfolio of clients in our key sectors: Tech and Recruitment all across the UK.

You will be working closely with the team and the client in all aspects of the finance the finance function with a focus on delivering management information and insights. The role involves utilising the latest accounting tech with a high expectation to focus on delivering client values.

**The Role**

You will have responsibility for:

- Supporting with the onboarding of new clients
- Build out and implementation of the finance function for clients
- Developing client processes and manuals
- Implementation and delivery of client management information
- Using and reporting from Xero
- Payroll management for less complex clients
- Producing monthly working papers; reconciliations VAT returns, prepayments/accruals
- Preparing management commentaries
- Production of the monthly/quarterly management accounts
- Preparing annual statutory accounts and corporation tax for review
- Investigating and responding to technical accounting queries
- Primary relationship owner for less complex clients
- Technical support for CFO work

**About you**
- Working towards ACCA or ACA
- 3 to 4 years experience in a small/mid-sized accountancy business
- Excellent understanding of bookkeeping and management accounts
- Experience in client management
- The ability to deliver client reports in a timely manner
- The desire to want to continually improve knowledge, systems and processes
- The drive for client satisfaction and great customer care

**The Package**
- £27,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
- Matching pension contributions (to 6%)

- 25 days holiday (rising to 30 after length of service)

**Additional Information**

You will predominantly be based in the Leamington office with some travel to client sites from time to time. There will be some flexibility with home working, but do require you to be in the office 3/4 days per week.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
