Our client a well-established Legal 500 firm are looking to recruit an ambitious and hardworking 1st Line support Analyst to join theirIT and Facilities team in Essex.
Reporting directly to the Head of It you will assume responsibility for all IT and Facilities across the firm and it’s 4 offices.
**The Role**
As the newly appointed 1st Line Support Analyst your role will include but not be exclusive to:

- Ensuring that all IT and facilities work to maximum efficiency
- Monitoring and responding to technical Issuesfrom end users
- Managing the IT Support Mailbox
- Communicating with up to 120 service users
- Setting up and installingPC’s and Laptops
- Server maintenance; including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and File server
This is a fantastic opportunity for anIT Graduate looking to forge a career within a forward thinking Legal 500 firm or an IT Support Analyst looking to build on theircurrent skills and experience.
To be considered for this role you will:

- Have previous experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge ofMicrosoft Software
- Have the proven ability to analyse, translate and simplify any technical issues within the team
- Ideally have previous experience of working within a busy legal IT team
In addition to the above you will be highly organised, have a genuine passion for all things IT And be a keen problem solver. With a working knowledge of Cloud based technologies, you will be able to hit the ground running from day one and will be part ofclose knit and friendly team.
As this role is working for a multi office firm, it is essential you have a full driving license and access to your own transport as the role may on occasion include travel to the other sites.
